Pamela F Garcia passed away peacefully on August 7th, 2024 in the embrace and comfort of her loving sons.
She was born October 19th, 1945 to William Campbell and Harriett Farrell in Murphys Boro, Illinois. She moved to Southern California at the age of 13 and attended Inglewood High School.
In her adult years, she worked many different trades and professions; a contractor for Northrop Grumman, caregiver to young teens with special needs, sales and telemarketing and she was a prolific volunteer in her community until her retirement.
She spent her life as a woman of faith and often prayed for everyone she loved and for those she would meet. Pam was a kind hearted soul, humble and unequivocally compassionate person. She was a selfless spirit and often gave to those who were less fortunate than herself. Pam frequently opened her home to those who were down on their luck and made a deep and rich impact on the people around her.
In 2022 she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and spent the remainder of her time in the care of her son Andrew.
Pam lived life with simple pleasures - chatting with family and friends, watching her favorite programs, solving word puzzles and games, caring for her grand puppy Quinn and enjoyed snacking on treats.
She leaves to mourn her passing, her two sons James Kusek and Andrew Cobbs, grandchild Shaun McCracken, daughter-in-law Roaey Eam, and grand daughter-in-law Candice McCracken.
She will always be in our hearts and will be greatly missed.
“My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.” - Psalm 73:26
